3. Fees & Payments

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for fees incurred up to termination.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation, then mediation in Gwinnett County, GA, before litigation.
